      Pros

      I've worked for quite a few companies in the past, and none come close to the family oriented feeling I have working with Southern Green. Pay and benefits are great, staff is pleasant and helpful and the owners create a work environment that allows you to succeed in anything you do.

      Cons

      Is working hard and feeling accomplished every day really a con??

      Pros

      Great place to work. Ownership/management seem to really care about the employees and customers. Great environment, competitive benefits and salaries. One of the better employers I've had in my work career.

      Cons

      Don't really have anything negative to say about Southern Green. Like I said in Pros, ownership/management seem to really care about the employees and customers.
