Where do I start? Redundancies, low activity but no true reassurance from HO. Very much hidden under “change”. Change doesnt pay the bills. From the outside, it appears HO have a “keep calm and carry on mentality” which portrays them have a great old time to the rest of us based in hospitals. In reality, we know people there have lost jobs however some attention badly needs to be shown to those delivering a service to patients. We feel under appreciated and forgotten
