Pros
From day one of the training they are so supportive in finding you clients to contract for. They help you create a really dynamic portfolio and they line you up with several amazing companies to interview for. They give you thorough interview prep and debriefing so it really gives you confidence. Being at Sparta is very fast paced - but extremely the support is extremely comforting. They ensure they do everything to assign you to great clients where you will be assisted to get up to speed very quickly. If you are trying to land your first tech role - Sparta will definitely help you do that.
Cons
Depending on the training stream you join ( Data, Business Solutions etc) you may be placed in a role which you wouldn't necessarily have picked. For examples on Business Solutions you learn Project Management, Business Analysis, Scrum and some Data Analysis - You might join Sparta with a desire to be a PM but if the roles coming up are BA roles you are expected to go for them. There is also a clause to be Geo Flexible within the UK so if you are not prepared to relocate from your city. This isn't for you.
