Little room for growth Many managers have been there their entire careers and have no fresh approaches Little opportunity for employees to interact outside of their departments Micromanagement occurs at many levels Company does not actively seek new talent

giveaways of products tested in lab down to earth co-workers learn different analytical techniques for products tested

does not offer competitive salaries company does not invest in employees, no growth for talent poor communication between laboratories and business/upper management Human Resources is not helpful
