Had 4 layoffs in the last year. Seem to keep the people with less time and lower wages and layoff senior workers.Cut back on shifts from 12 hrs. to 8 hrs.No respect for the people who helped build the company.Most of the people they kept should have been the first to go.Need to layoff some of the overpaid global front office personal..
