The Speechmatics Leadership Team are incredibly passionate about two things: firstly bringing deep learning services to the world in a sustainable, open and accessible way and secondly developing the skills, career and opportunity that our team members have from being part of such a fast-growth, cutting edge business. Is our day-to-day life always smooth, perfect and predictable? Clearly not.
We are a fast-growth innovator and sometimes we hit speed bumps. But even with these speed bumps, we deliberately focus our time and energy balancing technological research and innovation with the commercial success of the business and the well-being and development of our people. Significant and important changes have been made over the past months to move the business from a startup into the scaleup stage of accelerated growth and if we have handled things in a way that is upsetting to you we would genuinely like to understand your concerns.
The growth we are seeing from winning significant new customers is providing high levels of revenue growth and also significant career opportunities for everyone across the business. Our growth and the new customers we are winning are better than ever and I can tell you honestly that we do believe in the company and the change we are making in the world.
