      Pros

      A big multi-national that should have potential.

      Cons

      After many acquisitions, it was slow in optimising the necessary re-structure of the Company; the end result was a consistent poor financial performance that ended in a consultant-driven re-structure and the victims not being the people who had failed consistently.

      Low expectations, not many performers under current set up, easy to fly under the radar doing limited work from home

      Cons

      Continually chipping away at shred-it sales role by upper management who have never been in the role.
