So here we go Management is none existent the one we have has no experience and will not accept any help, my experience has become very bad, i have worked for this company for over 25 years as it was White rose environmental before ( an brilliant company by the way) recently i had a medical incident which means i cant drive HGV s for 12 months which being i was also a lead driver and supervisor for over 10 years thought was no issue but the boss thought that all i have done is irrelevant and has dropped me down to van driver with all the salary that commands so iam now trying tow nork with 15 thousand pounds less. absolutely not sure how that works, but i was told its for the good of the company, i thought all the extra stuff i have done over the previous 20+ years counted for something its not that iam never going to drive again it was just 12 months and i also keep the vehicles compliant with checking adr kits. and i think i actually save the company money by repairing stuff plus lots of other things. this company is very broken, oh and they pay Telford staff thousands more than the ones in Leeds ?????? I have to have my say on here in frustration as no one will listen and just maybe this will get to someone who gives a crap about the people who make this company good and not as currently leaving......
