Pros

Nothing. Unfortunately, only pro was getting away from it.

Cons

Micromanaged your time 24/7 Promise to work from home but have to proposition 6 months of non stop harassment everyday No access to HR, only option is through the team leader who does nothing but slabber for taking longer than 25 seconds to get into the next call Moan at you for taking longer than 5 mins on a call, missing any scripting they have and berate you in front of everyone. Private matters are the whole Belfast floors, everyone knows your personals and why your off and stuff you’ve said in confidentiality. They make up things to add to things, have a go about NPS, stats, also break up your hour break throughout the day to one 30 min and two split 15 minutes and they expect you to be ok the phone for 8 hours outside of that and only have 30 second wrap time meaning you have to take on average about 80-120 calls a day and if you don’t adhere to this IT GETS MESSY FAST, also if you go over your lunch or break they discipline you straight away and threaten you to take your job as you haven’t passed probation and your basically their lackey.

Pros

For the most part, I have an open availability. I do however, like not having to work on Sundays. Some campains allow for a 1 hour lunch break. The hiring process was fairly easy. Your equipment is provided. There is opportunity for advancement. They are helpful when it comes to license renewal. Calls are back to back which for me seems to make time go faster. Flexibly as to when you want to take your lunch break. You have to opportunity to assist people without having to feel it was rushed. Off all major holidays.

Cons

Rushed training that may leave some questions unanswered. I feel like I had to figure things out on my own. Getting the assistance you need to help a client took longer than it should, especially when the client is on on hold, waiting for your response. At times some trainers seem to be unprepared for the roll they have taken. Calls are frequently monitored. Not much time between calls. It can take too long to transition from on campain to the next after the project has ended.
