Some amazing people who unfortunately fail to be recognised.
Cons
Where to begin. 1. They discriminate against employees. 2. They state they are a company founded on “Trust”. Yet trust is the last thing anyone should do. 3. They hide major issues from regulators and employees. 4. They knowingly breach contracts. 5. Have a look at their EVP / SVP levels and identify yourself the nationality/gender 6. If you raise a concern - it is ignored. 7. If you have ideas - unless your designation is of a level that is respected the management do not care. 8. Bonus have a condition based on employee happiness = enforced happiness. 9. Pay rises for senior and experienced staff negligible because of quartile. 10. Another 50+ that can be listed
