Pros
The job is very full on, with 5 weeks of initial training based in London. Most of the trainers are lovely and very knowledgeable, Its a lot of information to take on and the learning continues when in the travel centres. I am also on the apprenticeship - something TF offered me - so ill get a diploma at the end of one year. The job is hard, no doubt about it but hard work is also very rewarded. Promotions are given based on performance and targets are very clear with guidance given on how to hit them. The reduced cost to travel is such a big bonus, the company actively encourage it to allow for real life experiences and to 'have eyes' on the product we sell and we are very well compensated in the industry, If you put the work in, you can be very well rewarded.
Cons
The work life balance is pretty poor, especially at the beginning. Shift patterns and start times are changeable so pre planning is a bit difficult,
