Pros

Some people work very hard and some colleagues are very knowledgeable. Varied benefits package. Interesting lines of business.

Cons

Below market pay (unless you're US based or very well liked by the seniors). No accountability and transparency means timelines are forever slipping and people simply don't do work. Some middle management do almost nothing and people who work hard are given a horribly high and unattainable workload while those who don't are left to themselves. Recognition is minimal and many processes seem like a tick box exercise. Every team, region and department is silo'd and frankly, the place is chaos, which is a shame because the products are fairly decent. They're also pretty inflexible in many ways (despite what the websites say) and there's a significant amount of change without support and wasted time on 'bad busy' taking priority over actual valuable work.

Pros

Location and modern office near Union Station

Cons

I wrote this review based on facts, not emotion. As others have mentioned, this company is morally bankrupt, unethical and is cruel when it comes to layoffs and firings even if skillsets are current. The organization has weaponized the PIP process to "manage" people out of the organization due to management and technology changes, and their HR and legal team will ensure no severance will be paid upon dismissal. This is a maximum two year and done gig if lucky.
