Would be fine if they stayed remote

Pros

Good coworkers, have been reasonable during the pandemic, pay is ok.

Cons

Senior leadership team don't listen and are trying to enforce a return to office when fully remote has been working well. Some of the software is ancient and unreliable, and there's too much focus on shiny and new things rather than keeping what we have functional.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. Our leadership team has been very open and understanding to all perspectives shared within the organization, as we approach this new working environment. We know it takes time to implement change, but coming together two days per week will allow more opportunities for growth and development within teams and collaboration among colleagues. As we transition to a hybrid-first workplace, the feedback from associates is important and valuable, so I appreciate you taking the time to write a review. -Teedra Bernard, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer
