Pros
TFW are a brilliant company to work for, I have never before worked somewhere where it's not toxic and just so super friendly!, I actually look forward to going to work for my shifts. I had some mental health problems and have an amazing supervisor who has supported me throughout and has helped arrange my shifts to comply with appointments. She used to be a premier host too so knows what it's like out on the trains.
Everyone I've met whilst working here have been great to work alongside with, you get the occasional moaner but most are great, upper management are approachable as well and always take time to say hello and Speak to you.
Pay rate is good and shifts are on a rolling rota so you always know where you are and what you're working
Cons
Being able to progress is tricky, but then jobs rarely come up so there's a lot of competition when they do
