Business Outlook
Pros
Lots of opportunity for progression, good reward package, fairly flexible working hours. UU has really looked after us well during the pandemic, not only keeping me safe but allowing me the flexibility to alter my hours to accommodate home schooling.
Cons
IT jobs are paid more for the same role than science jobs. This is not just a UU issue, no employers seem to value science as much as IT.
