Cons
Class divide between the Front of House staff and Office Staff. Lack of respect and empathy towards Gallery Assistants and Shop staff. Massive bullying culture Procedures and laws are never followed by Senior Management or HR. Dreadful attitude towards union members or people that believe in equality and diversity. Promotions are only ever gained if you are an informant on your colleagues or close friend of the interviewer. No support from management, especially in the eventuality that you are unwell. Have to deal with a lot of difficult situations with the general public without any proper training or support from internal Security or management. New contracts have terrible working conditions
