That fluidity is very much part of how we work and we know it won’t be for everyone, but it’s something many of our people tell us they love. You’ve also called out a few areas that didn’t land well for you, especially around pace, shifting priorities, and your experience of management. We hear how that could feel, and we appreciate you raising it. We’re a team that moves quickly and makes things happen, which naturally brings change but we want that to feel energising, not overwhelming. We never assume the basics, and we’re always working to strengthen how we show up for our people.
