It’s great to hear our benefits and the chance to get stuck into a variety of projects stood out. We’re proud to offer award-winning support for everyone, and being a small team means people can work on meaningful, diverse projects, innovate and make a real impact. That fluidity is very much part of how we work and we know it won’t be for everyone, but it’s something many of our people tell us they love.
You’ve also called out a few areas that didn’t land well for you, especially around pace, shifting priorities, and your experience of management. We hear how that could feel, and we appreciate you raising it. We’re a team that moves quickly and makes things happen, which naturally brings change but we want that to feel energising, not overwhelming.
On management, we’re committed to helping our leaders live our values; Be Human, Be Brave, Be Visionary, and we continue to invest in leadership and manager training so everyone feels supported, trusted and able to thrive. We never assume the basics, and we’re always working to strengthen how we show up for our people.
Progression is equally important to us, and while a smaller team can mean fewer formal steps, we encourage people to grow through stretching projects, new opportunities and developing skills that really make a difference.
