Compliance 2023 - Toxic management team - avoid - Compliance Walkers Global Employee Review

Poor management team, has led to the worst working environment that I have ever experienced. We are micro-managed and treated like children. Team leaders gossip and act completely unprofessional. HR are not there to support us in any way shape or form and so we having to deal with the poor working conditions by ourselves. The current management team and team leaders are awful. We are working ridiculously long hours and even though this isn’t forced, if you don’t you’re told you’re a poor performer because you cant possibly get everything done in a normal working day. Mundane work and unreasonable expectations on our output.
