Pros
Values - if only they believed in them and followed them Front line staff that always go above and beyond
Cons
Really poor leadership Blame and fear culture Micro management Senior management tell you to be "customer obsessed" and ensure you fully live and breathe the values but they don't do it themselves - they don't do what they said they will, they lie and blame you for issues when they can If colleagues raise issues they are turned as the problem. In the several years I worked for them I have lost lots of great staff as they fail to listen to people and not deal with issues properly and swiftly. Instead issues escalate and becomes even bigger. They will burn you out and drain you demanding more and more out of you. If you work late, whether you are an administrator or support worker noone care and is expected with no financial compensation. The high turnover and high sickness levels throughout the organisation mean that the staff are left are overworked and stretched with no meaningful support. There are constant restructures which are badly planned and no thought of any alternatives when things don't go as planned. Instead you are told you are "not working efficiently" whenever an issue is raised.
