Unprofessional and clueless - Senior Test Analyst Zensar Technologies Employee Review

Pros

I have thought about but can not find a single benefit of working with them

Cons

All departments need re-structuring for European/western standards and culture. HR people are non professional at its peak. I still don't understand how they are surviving here in western markets I guess may be due to their cheap services. I can not see a single benefit other than that. My advice to the people here in Europe/UK to stay away from them as they are worthless. You will struggle to get the work done on time meeting your quality standard. You will have nightmares dealing with them as their way of working and attitude is pathetic

Pros

I had a largely positive experience with the culture at Zensar Technologies, specifically regarding the work-life balance. The company truly embraces a remote-first mindset and offers great flexibility with scheduling, which I appreciated. However, the stability and professional growth are highly dependent on the specific project you are assigned to

Cons

I found that my project had very little room for advancement or skill development, and I was eventually laid off due to a lack of consistent work volume. While it’s a friendly place to work, I’d advise new hires to be proactive about project placement to ensure long-term stability.
