      Exposure to different company units and great learning

      Cons

      No clear pipeline to permanent employment. Slightly missleading marketing when promoting the graduate programme when internally there is no serious plan to pick up the newly trained and invested on talent.

      Work life balance. Parental leave is great.

      Cons

      Not much advancement at all. The culture is almost too laid back where not many people advance unless you got in 20 years ago.
