Pros

3 years working with Equans. Great company to work for. The team I work with are fab, from local team to management absolutely no complaints! Anything we need we get, facilities manager & contract manager always available on the other end of the phone if needed. Always give praise and respect, if something isn’t right they will tell you but also help fix it. Would recommend working for Equans to anyone, especially out of Bellshill.

Nope. There’s none of those here.

Cons

The business seems he’ll bent on not doing any work. They are completely process driven without a care for employees or customers. The admin and contract management is from the dark ages. They micro manage to the penny and make no excuses for it.
