Pros

once you've been there a while you can end up with a good package the Europcar office in Paris is an ok place to work but the leicester head office was national car rental and was not good.

Cons

imagine an IT dept where the managment have no interest or knowledge in IT, working with them was hell. some really big high pressure projects and the managment think IT systems grow on trees or something managment have a very rude bullying culture, HR are the worse so there's nothing you can do about it, complaining makes it worse. I worked there for a long time and trust me it is worse than you can ever imagine as the managment do not care and are not interested in the work you are doing.

Pros

Friendly environment, team leaders are great, great support, easy to pick up, great place to build your experience and gain more knowledge in customer service, great wage, busy environment.

Cons

Patience needed, customers may get a little abusive however as the support is great so its easy to handle, calls are always queueing.
