Pros
FDM is a great if you’re struggling to get your foot in the door for a first proper job. They put you through a bootcamp style training program where you get a feel for how actual companies operate, and they help you improve your CV and practice for interviews until you're ready. The best part is they can get you placed at big name companies giving you solid work experience that looks amazing on your CV without you having to hunt for the job yourself.
Cons
The pay is pretty low compared to what you’d make if you applied to those big companies directly. You also have to sign a contract staying with them for two years, and if you try to quit early, things can get a bit messy.
