Pros

None - unless you know someone that already works there

Cons

They do not appreciate their staff, if they say jump and you don’t say how high you’ll be out the door. They are not an equal opportunities employer. If your face doesn’t fit they’ll find a way to get you out

Pros

Pays the bills That’s about it really

Cons

Absolutely disgraceful place of work, most corrupt business I have ever worked for, and the fact it’s seen first hand from all levels of staffing shows it’s a terribly kept secret, everyone knows, just nothing you can do or say because every level of management staff are the most calculated, snide people you will ever come across. Serious issues with conduct, sexually harassment is rife in that office, can’t tell anyone because your job would be at risk, constantly dangle the carrot over your head, no job security. Finally had the courage to leave and speak out and was told they can’t investigate because I’m not employed by them. Head of HR is a fully qualified lawyer, doesn’t matter what happens to you in the office, they’ll find a legal loophole to make it your own fault. They wear you down until you have nothing left to give, most staff that leave walk out, nobody ever works a notice because it gets that hostile people crack and can’t face another day. The company clearly don’t realise we’re not all eating with polished silverware and some of us do actually need a job where they are safe in order to keep up with the ever demanding cost of living, I would love to say it’s a company where you’re only liked if your face fits, like most call centres, but even that isn’t true, all levels of management did nothing but suck up my bum and do out of policy favours and try and coach me into management but were the first to turn me away when I tried to tell someone what was happening, some managers have multiple grievances over repeated misconduct, mainly sexual harassment to be honest, it’s known by the entire call floor that certain members of staff are not to be trusted around females, but they’d rather push the victims out of the business than lose another manager. Managers constantly slagging off agents to other agents, discussing private matters from confidential meetings, but dare have a day off and you’re in a meeting asking what you can do so it never happens again, even a work related sickness from the trauma of being groomed by someone in a position of power, not really something anyone can prevent, except of course the people people doing it but obviously they won’t get told, actually they’ll just sit an operational manager close by to “keep an eye out”. 0 safeguarding. Vulnerable people get pushed out of the business, it is not a safe space for anyone that isn’t a white male corporate narc, honestly just do not even bother, this place will ruin your life, and they do it so well that’s it’s too late to save by the time you realise.
