Pros
The people are great to work with and people often go out their way to help where they can.
Cons
More redundancies than I can count on both hands over the span of a year. But this isn't a new thing and is common practice every year. Allot of those marketed as 'restructuring' but this is simply just to cover themselves legally when getting rid of people or individuals in an unjust way. The business is very poorly structured due to multiple acquisitions that have failed to be merged. + Commission is very very poor from an AM point of view.
