Pros

Salary is above the average for most roles.

Cons

Archaic mays of working. Huge amount of politics. Teams are full of lifers or young 20 year olds who need training. Freelances are good.

Pros

Working in an environment like Formula 1 is exhilarating, With a high energy and a team of passionate, like-minded individuals dedicated to the sport. The reward of working for the Formula 1 brand which captivates millions of fans worldwide, makes it a truly unique workplace to be involved in. Formula 1 requires commitment and sacrifice. There are strict deadlines, long and often unsociable hours, and time spent away from home. However, the remarkable people and the spirit of innovation within the organization make every challenge worthwhile. Since Liberty Media's takeover in 2017, the company has experienced remarkable growth. The workforce has expanded significantly, and the brand's global visibility has skyrocketed. It has indeed been an exhilarating time to be part of this evolution as an employee. The company has a good pay structure and good benefits, outside of the excitement of being involved in one of the worlds fastest growing and industry leading sports. I personally am bursting with pride to be apart of the organisation.

Cons

Working in this industry often requires long hours, as highlighted in the “pros” section. Commitment and sacrifice are essential, as this is not a typical 9-to-5 environment. This demanding schedule may deter some candidates due to their personal commitments. Unfortunately, the company experiences a high turnover rate, attributed to the growing pains associated with increased demands for time and flexibility, especially during the busy race season. This can make the job particularly challenging for those with young families or individuals with obligations outside of work. For those considering this move, the work/life balance can be tough, many of those within the company choose to adopt the lifestyle of Formula 1.

Toxic Environment

Pros

- Decent salary - Good perks especially if you are an F1 fan

Cons

- Toxic environment - Everybody is nasty to everyone else due to stress and pressure from nastiness from above - Many people are signed off with stress and anxiety as a result, HR do not address this, just come back and work as usual after your 'sick leave' - The work itself is doable, but being shouted at, blamed, belittled and ignored on a daily basis is what creates the mental instability
