The colleagues are amazing—supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help. Work-life balance is a priority here, and it shows in how the workload is managed and flexibility is offered.

Cons

The only area for improvement would be communication from higher management, but it’s clear they are actively working on this, and progress is being made.

Not many! Perhaps if communication channels could be better organized, with information shared more timely and transparently.
