Gave Up Hope On This Company!! It has forgotten how to truly value it's employees!!!

Met a lot of different people,was in my element. Learned a lot about procedures/protocols.

Cons

A lot of backstabbing from some of the staff. No pay raise after working 1 year in baggage service dept. after taking a PAY CUT from $12 an hour to $8 an hour. Plus NO FREE PARKING-having to pay for parking every 2 weeks is VERY EXPENSIVE in Boston,plus you have to take either a shuttle bus or walk over to the terminal just to make it on time. The company more or less gave me every incentive to quit!

** You get to serve others and meet new people every day

Cons

** POOR MGMT. If you want a great staff, then hire qualified people who know how to lead. ** LOW WAGES FOR MORE WORK. If you want to keep your people, pay them better because with more responsibility comes more stress and burnout. If you keep paying low and without ANY form of positive opportunity (i.e. pay increase, room to grow/advance/move forward), people will quit and move on. Not to mention, this also results in people calling out sick more often, which results in poor/low company morale. ** NO ROOM TO GROW. It's just a paycheck.

Easy work, benefits.. basically after a year.

Cons

low pay rate, unorganized, disloyal to their employees, management-supervisor-employee training is below average. hardly no one gets 40 hours. not a friendly environment a lot of drama from management on down.
