I work with an extremely hardworking group of people, and I like how we are always challenged to think outside the box.
Knowing that GRAFF grew tremendously during the pandemic and is continuing to expand globally makes me feel very stable in this job. Plus, I can see Management is doing their best to hire more people to help lead and strengthen the organization, so I expect the company to grow even more in the coming years.
Cons
Although pay is above average, benefits can be improved. Management is always very busy, so communicating with them can be a challenge.
Relaxed office environment. Excellent group of dedicated employees and managers. The top management is very involved and directly accessible to all staff. Competitive salary with decent benefits. Hard work and effort are recognized and rewarded. Being able to approach challenges creatively is encouraged.
Cons
It’s a smaller company, so room for advancement is limited, but not unattainable. Health benefits are available but the plans aren’t the cheapest or “platinum level”. They seem pretty in line with what you’d expect for a company of this size.
