      Communication needs to improve but I’m seeing improvements being made Like other Tech companies, GC is struggling. Exec need to emphasis that 2023 is a year for growth and be more realistic with messaging

      Great offices and perks Gives access to top AI companies and conferences in the world CEO is no bulls and it shows in the culture Good for graduates

      Cons

      Obvious mistakes due to fundamental ignorance of the the ML market among the leadership team, who come from silicon and systems backgrounds Coupled with too much arrogance and entitlement from CTO and head of software No internal roadmap direction: for too long, completely customer led into building faster carriages CTO vision is powerful but will not get implemented as the money is elsewhere Pay is on the low end, not competitive with London, so talented juniors don't stick
