Good pay and career growth, but high stress and pressure

-Good pay -Great career progression if you are willing to put in the long hours -Some projects and clients can be very interesting to work with

Cons

-This is a very high-stress, fast-paced job that has little empathy for mental health and wellbeing. I became very unwell due to the stress of the job and ended up in hospital because of it. -Even when I hit and succeeded at my target, I was told by my managers that it wasn't good enough and I was taken through each project and shown (if any) very minor mistakes

Good environment, good pay for recent grads that don't have a specific career path in mind.

Cons

The industry is very niche so you don't gain any hard skills to build a career on. You are working on projects but you will never be an actual project manager. You can capitalize the soft skills you gain only if you are pursuing a career in sales.
