A huge staff discount for stay-in.

Cons

They offer no meals for the staff. Many of the receptionist inclusive the management team are passionate about gossiping behind each other. There is also a strong favouritism going on. And the salary is horrible.

Lots of nepotism along managers and bullying to multiple staff from managers and other staff to people not in the clique. Was told there would be chances for advancing
