Pros

NOTHING NONE HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME DISGUSTING

Cons

Everything Rude manager Rude staff No one says something simple as hello Most staff in meetings all data, everyday achieving nothing Slow process to do anything Have to email 10 people to get something down only to get no response You have to chase IT Access when this should be done already You have to hand your notice in to your previous employer even though IAG hasn't given you a contract A lot of IAG Cargo vs British Airways mentality when it means nothing Hostile team Dirty offices "Manager" shouting, very unprofessional and no one says anything about it Reporting it and nothing gets done Given a temporary ID and another staff member would ask if your new when they know you are, just to rudely say you shouldn't be walking around by yourself and you did not know as no one explain that to you Unprofessional Disorganised Nothing positive at all, it's a waste of time Read the reviews though I would take them with a pinch of salt but the negative reviews are real This company is a disgrace one of the worst ever

Pros

The pros are it's great for aviation fanatics, they really take care of their operational staff more. There's a coffee shop too.

Cons

Old school mentality in 2020. The senior's staff didn't really mingle or talk to the "lower-ranking" staff members, despite saying they are a flatter hierarchy, they really showed their levels. Not keen on letting you work from home unless you have a "reason", basically child care.

Super Hierarchical

Pros

Due to the companies small size as a entry level manager (they have three levels CMT - lowest level, CLG, mid/senior managers and CET - Directors/CEO) you are exposed to lots of areas of work and gain lots of first hand experience

Cons

Beyond hierarchical, CET reign with a strong iron fist, this culture then rolls down and CLG think it's appropriate to behave in this manner; I have been yelled at on multiple occasions by CLG members and dismissed many times in meetings because I was deemed to junior (because I was not a CLG member); generally the culture there is pretty poor, lots of employees who have worked in the company for 20/30+ years who are waiting for retirement and/or to be made redundant (IAG/BA redundancy package are always quite large). Working at IAG Cargo was one of the lowest points in my career, the culture at the company is really unfriendly and emotionally draining. In summary, I say get in and get some great first hand experience and then get out within two years (you will have a lot of low points in the company - but keep in mind IAG is a great company to have on your CV and use this as motivation through your many low points to make it out the other side)
