In recent weeks there has been uncertainty over a policy change which essentially meant Intercom wanted ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to keep to themselves. This led to the CEO saying that Pride had become too political and Pride flags that were decorating the office were removed. There is a palpable sense of fear among employees to speak up or bring their whole selves to work. What used to be one of the best places to work has turned sour since the current CEOs return.

Management and general business plans are a bit wonky.
