Pros

If you love politics, a manage by fear culture and people that don't take responsibility this is your perfect place. You spend your whole career wondering if you will be next in their "cost cutting" or "improved EBITDA" redundancy rounds

Cons

3 redundancy processes in 18 months. The 3rd one which I was unsuccessful at was started one month after the last. Management is disaccociated from their employees, their arrogance and contempt for their workers is shocking. They change strategy daily and are focused on cutting every penny out they can. They see staff commissions as their own money. There are some good people but they are being crushed by the game players and politics. The absolute worst organisation I have ever worked at. If you read this and join them you have been warned.

Pros

some good people work there

Cons

ran on the principle that cutting costs is an acceptable way of making profits even if it means not fixing things is in violation of one of our key codes of conduct . in other words if it costs iron mountain money lets not do it. employee training is a joke.
