Pros

- Easy to get holidays - Salaries are sugared with end of year bonuses. - A lot of women work there.

Cons

- Fires people right, left and centre. I wouldn't advice anyone trusing that a job would lead longer than 3 months. - No proper performance reviews or guidence in your work roll. - No support from Managers in your work roll - It's too big of a company to be managed in the way it's not managed - There is no vision or long term structure. - There is no middle management. - Pretty low salarys - Managers shift blame on staff instead of owning up to their mistakes.

TOXIC company - cute products don't reflect the atmosphere

Pros

Subsidised chef lunch Really great colleagues Product allowance Good benefits (excluding maternity which is average... you think it would be higher seeing as it is a toy company and the majority of employees are women... or maybe that's why)

Cons

Where do I start!! The atmosphere and culture here is horrific, it's the most toxic company I have ever worked for. The CEO has created an atmosphere of terror where management are scared to contradict his decisions or 'upset' him. This then filters down through all staff, leading to stressful last minute changes, a real feeling of never being good enough and discontent within the team. There is 0 progression and no chances to develop further - likely because of the above. You can't try something new with potential to fail because the CEOs will scream at management so they want it done themself to avoid this. The pressure to be perfect is enormous. On that, there is so much admin, likely due to archaic systems. Everything takes 10 times longer than it should and the work has been so dreadfully dull. I've seen team members go without promotions for 3 years, there is no process or development here. Hiring is also very slow, likely because the salaries do not reflect the expectation they are placing on people. Please look at other reviews of the company before applying, I can assure you it's 100% like this. I'm so glad I got out!
