Many thanks for your review – being on the receiving end of such criticism gives us opportunity to review our employee offering, and make sure that we are looking after the team to the best of our abilities. We DO work hard at LEAP, and everyone here is an integral part of that success and the results which that hard work gleans. Usually people understand that as this ethos is communicated from top down at our quarterly strategy updates. Our ever evolving benefits programme is for everyone, no one gets more or less dependent upon their job roles. I am dismayed to hear of any accusation of bullying in our workplace. At LEAP we pride ourselves on having an inclusive environment, and certainly an open door policy whereby any member of the team is encouraged to speak up, irrespective of the circumstances. We’re sorry that life at LEAP didn’t meet your expectations, and I wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
