Pros

The payment is on time and they have an attractive location.

Cons

Arrogant and insensitive staff with no ethical knowledge of the profession = no respect for interpreters. The bookings self-assignement online makes the job being a rase roulette. Low paid and they do not pay for the travel costs and time. Sometimes they book you for 1 hour under one patient name and pull you do two interpreting jobs for two patients, saying 'you have been booked for one hour' - they pay for one job. Big speaches at the begining and at the end very low quality. Apparently they are very proud about being placed in Canary Wharf. Don't delude yourself.

No good reason as damaging the reputation of interpreter and doesn't help the clients.

Cons

Lowest rates in the industry. Bad and unfair aptitude towards employees.

Pros

Good social activities, decent pay for managers

Cons

Not made to feel welcome if you are not one of them. I have been bullied by a whole team but no use complaining because HR will not believe it is bullying. Some Executive team members are too friendly with some managers so I don’t feel I can lodge a complaint. I know at least one employee who was bullied by the line manager who resigned recently. Too much mollycoddling of some staff members and excuses their rude and obnoxious behaviour.
