Pros

Might be good for learning if they were capable of keeping turnover low enough to have anyone to learn from

Cons

Management has no idea what they're doing and change ways of working non stop to try and increase productivity before their last change has had time to take effect. You will be pressured into agreeing to deadlines that are impossible if people who aren't technical don't like your estimations for how long technical work will take. They will claim pay reviews are performance based, they are not. They will find any excuse to not give you a pay review while simultaneously bragging non stop about record breaking revenue and profit. CEO just copies what he sees other CEOs doing doesn't seem capable of making his own decisions, comparable to a toddler pretending to have a job.
