      6 months fixed pay with bonus when starting and very good training programs

      Cons

      Only paid commissions when the kitchen is delivered which takes ages No diversity when hiring Working Saturdays and bank holidays

      Pros

      The training program took 3 month and it showed you all the processes needed to succeed. My colleagues are lovely and menager very helpful. I really like my job except waking up early.

      Cons

      Working on Saturday it’s only bad side I can think of, but it’s understandable as we work in retail.

      Great training program Great as a step in to the creative industry (even if it's a sales role) It provides you with great skills due to the nature of the role

      Salary doesn't not match with the amount of work you do.
