A really supportive place to work with plenty of opportunities to progress. I’ve had access to excellent training and have grown a lot in confidence and skills. The role is varied and interesting, and I feel listened to and valued. I work with some amazing people who mostly want to do the best they can for our tenants which makes life easier when all aspiring to one consistent goal.
