Great tools and smart colleagues, but poor pay progression

Great developer tooling and lots of smart employees

Cons

Poor compensation and progression, and the transition of CEOs looks like it will make this worse. Beware that it's very likely that you're not going to see any pay increases unless you're in the top percentile in your band, and even then meeting the progression framework is no guarantee. Avoid if you expect career progression.
