Nesta really is a unique place to work. A charity with a purpose and enough money to actually get stuff done. Smart and passionate teams working on important missions to make a measurable difference on society.
Cons
It's hard to square the scale of the opportunity and purpose with the largely administrative approach of the senior management team. Some vision, passion and enthusiasm for the organisation would really help to inspire Nesta make a lasting difference.
