CEO is understandable and atleast makes time for meetings

Since I joined I have been noticing the way employees are treated by delivery managers is going down hill. They created their own inner circle of people with fellow managers and won't let others to shine Delivery manager's arrogance is all time high and he can not even take a no. ill treatment of employees has tremendously increased in the recent months. Threatening the employees using the client name does no good to anyone.

Pros

Relatively easy to get in, there is no technical acumen among their selecting crew. Has one top notch client, I dont know if it's the only one, but it's in the top of the fortune 100 index.

Cons

They suffer from severe incapacity to listen even when it is clear they understand what is said. Getting a raise, or any profesional assistance from them, while working for demanding clients, is null, you are on your own. At some point they tried to make me pay for the laptop model they demanded I work with. They do not respect written word of contracts and can terminate you without warning.
