Easy interview Ok if you need some extra cash

0 contracted hours It's minimum wage (it's not £13+ like it is advertised) for majority of the work, even night shifts The DBS is not free (£50) and you have to work 500 hours to claim it back The training in person is paid but the eLearning is not, which takes sooo long because you have to interact with the videos, and you are expected to do this in your free time, for free. Shifts available are mostly 12+ hours long, very rare to get anything less than that

I worked with a great bunch of people in the office

Cons

Low salary, lack of consistency at head office level, far too many changes which were at odds to the feedback that we had provided, communication felt one way and we were ignored, significantly impacted our working relationships with branches and ultimately led to redundancies
