Low salary but especially no job security, there were sudden layoff due to bad management decisions and many people were fired all of a sudden. I don't feel safe here and I'm looking for other opportunities.

Management was showing that everything in the company was under control and there were not financial issues. However suddenly without any indication, some employees were laid off. I am really surprised how this company gets employee awards with that situation
