      A dynamic business means you get to see a lot of what goes on in all areas of the business. Definitely allows for quick learning over a variety of different areas and disciplines relating to space

      Cons

      Continuing with remote working which can be a pro or a con. Salary is slightly less competitive than elsewhere (although the work is more interesting)
