Working on interesting projects. Lots of opportunities for growth and collaboration. Well-paid. Great team and atmosphere. People are nice, friendly and supportive. Amaaazing HR and employee experience team! Really good off-sites and regular team activities. Really good technical equipment available.

Cons

Was really happy at Optimove. Only leaving because I am moving away from Scotland.
