      Supportive people but a lot of cons

      Pros

      - People are kind and relatively welcoming - Good facilities - Opportunities for progression

      Cons

      - Policies are rather rigid and do not account for personal circumstances. - We agreed that reasonable adjustments would be in place for me when I began and this did not occur. - There is an implication that you need to sacrifice things in life to succeed here.

      Mass exit due to recruitment freeze despite valuable experience

      Pros

      Not a lot other however highly recommend doing this for a year or so, get experience then work for one of the competitors like Citation or Avensure where they value you as an employee. Both Citation and Avensure are filled with ex Peninsula employees and they continue to thrive off ex Peninsulas employees which in turn, is a success for them.

      Cons

      The year long recruitment freeze to maximise profits, has been a massive issue and has lead to a mass exit, which has had a massive effect on everyone. No reason, no need. Peninsula please don’t respond like this is new, you know it’s not.

      Supportive team but toxic culture and poor communication

      Pros

      The company has talented individuals and some opportunities to learn new skills. Team members are generally supportive of one another despite the work environment challenges.

      Cons

      The workplace culture can be quite toxic at times, with poor communication, favoritism, and lack of transparency from management. Employee concerns are often ignored rather than addressed constructively. Pay reviews are inconsistent and not handled fairly . This has led to low morale and frustration across teams.
